Girls Incorporated of Memphis provides a safe, fun, and educational environment for girls ages 6-18. Through our afterschool programs, girls have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of educational experiences and field trips including college tours in addition to the programs offered in the centers.

We are a local affiliate of a national not-for-profit organization whose mission is to promote a vision of confidence and self sufficiency. For more than 60 years, our local affiliate has offered a variety of programs designed to build girls’ capacity for college preparedness, confident and responsible adulthood, economic independence, and personal fulfillment. Our programs are researched, outcome-based, age appropriate and age progressive. All of our programs are structured around six core competencies:
