MPACT Memphis

Background

MPACT Memphis is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization founded in 2001 by a group of emerging Memphis leaders who saw a vast untapped resource in the city’s growing population of those under 40.

Over the past ten years, the members of MPACT Memphis have completed a long list of projects, events and campaigns to foster a new level of social, civic and cultural engagement among young professionals in our community. MPACT has become a national model for similar efforts and a recognized entity within the community. Its approximately 700 members participate in countless MPACT events and activities.

MPACT is also part of the Memphis Fast Forward plan, the area’s most ambitious initiative to accelerate growth and prosperity in Memphis and Shelby County. We are excited to be a part of the plan as we continue to work together to become one of the most remarkable cities in the Southeast. Visit www.memphisfastforward.com and subscribe online to receive an e-newsletter so that you can keep up to date on the latest progress.

Mission

Vision

MPACT Memphis’ vision is to be a forward-thinking, action-oriented driving force in the recruitment, retention and engagement of a diverse, creative generation of young professionals for the economic and cultural development of Memphis.
